The Pioneer – the Classic Volcano Vaporizer Hot Air Generator

Back in 1996, Markus Storz envisioned the device that would ultimately become the Volcano vaporizer. Storz filed a patent for a removable valve balloon on something originally called the "Volcano Inhaler." It wasn't until 2000, however, that Storz revolutionized the device with a patented heat exchanger that makes use of hot air convection, a marvelously efficient manner of heating for dry herb vaping. Hot air convection distributes heat over more surface area to warm the herb evenly and produce vast clouds of vapor. The hits from a Volcano are smooth and rich. These innovations prompted Jürgen Bickel, one of the company's first customers, to partner with Storz and create the brand as it is known today. They continue to develop new technology and file patents for their original design.

Device Features

The Volcano Classic Vaporizer with Easy Valve Set is made from stainless steel for maximum durability and protection, and the air pump will work for years without requiring elaborate maintenance. This type of superior construction is typical of German craftsmanship. The heat exchanger is one based on the original design by Storz, and it warms air to the desired temperature. The temperature can be adjusted from 266°F to 446°F, allowing vapers an unprecedented level of control and customization. The temperature selected is accurate to within ±9°F.

This iconic Volcano Classic vape kit not only includes the Classic Volcano. It also comes with the brand's popular Easy Valve set. It includes a valve and balloon which are already connected. Even those new to desktop vaporizers will find this one easy to use right out of the box. The Easy Valve was created to be user-friendly and require low maintenance. As opposed to the Solid Valve Set produced by Storz & Bickel, this set does not require the same cleaning. Instead, it only requires Easy Valve replacement parts which consist of a new mouthpiece and balloon. The balloon used with the Easy Valve set allows the vaper to see when vapor has built up and is ready to be inhaled.
